All the universities participating in the MTL offer opportunities for you to gain Masters Level accreditation for your work as an MTL Coach. The type of work you will be doing for your Masters credits will be similar to that of the participant(s) you are coaching – though your focus will be on aspects of the coaching process to help develop your knowledge and skills and enhance your effectiveness. As a student, you will be able to access all the resources of the university with which you are registered, including access to the university VLE and library. You are free to choose the university with which you will study, regardless of which university your participant is registered. Modules related to MTL coaching are subsidised by the TDA and hence as an MTL coach you will not incur a cost for your studies. Please bear in mind, however, that some universities have limited availability for places on their accredited coaching programmes.
The modes of study and the content for the accredited courses vary across the participating universities. We suggest that you access the links below to the relevant pages on each of the university websites to choose the course which best suits your needs.
